NEWKIRK A warrant remains issued for Michael David Carter, 26, Ponca City, by the Kay County District Court. Carter was arrested in July 2008 by Ponca City police and later charged with a felony count of domestic assault and battery by strangulation.

Man Arrested Ponca City Police arrested an 18-year-old man in the 900 block of North Fifth Street at 9:24 a.m. Monday on complaints of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, as well as a Kay County Sheriff's Office warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of knowingly concealing stolen property.

NEWKIRK A bench warrant has been issued for Glenda Elaine Bradford, 58, Ponca City, by the Kay County District Court. Bradford was arrested by Ponca City police in March of 2009 and later charged with a felony count of assault and or battery with a dangerous weapon.
